I am a marketing operations and project manager based in Wuppertal, Germany. For the past five years I have run two jobs at once: executing marketing across paid channels, content and email, and building the systems and automations that keep it all organized, measurable and repeatable.
When a process is manual, slow or error-prone, I build something to fix it. That instinct is what separates me from a marketer who only runs campaigns. I own the full cycle: strategy, execution, automation, reporting, and handing it off so the team can run it without me.
I have trained and led 25 to 35 people, coordinated large-scale operational projects, and worked closely with founders and senior stakeholders. I work in English every day, speak German and Arabic, and I am actively building my RevOps and CRM skills.
